Inspired by MAGNIFY Magazine, the group decided to also add quotes on single pages to Miss Portrayed. Therefore, the team added quotes from their articles before or after that particular article, collected through interviews with professionals (Lucy Sheridan, and Marianne Power), or found online.

After, the group centred the author’s name and changed the type face: they used a much smaller font, along with smaller spacing, so that the effect of the quote is more poignant.
